Our Ideal Candidate
You are a builder and operator—someone who can think strategically but also execute hands-on.
What sets you apart:
- Own and execute end-to-end demand generation campaigns that drive qualified pipeline
- Turn analyst insights into high-impact thought leadership and campaign content
- Plan and run multi-channel campaigns across paid, owned, and partner channels
- Build and optimise full-funnel campaign performance (MQL → SQL → pipeline)
- Collaborate closely with Sales on ABM and pipeline generation
- Use AI tools to scale content, improve targeting, and increase execution speed
- Analyse performance, report results, and continuously improve campaigns

- You can turn complex ideas into clear, high-impact messaging
- You understand how to build campaigns that generate real pipeline—not just awareness
- You are data-driven and comfortable owning performance metrics
- You move fast, prioritise well, and take full ownership of outcomes
- 3+ years in B2B demand generation or campaign management (SaaS preferred)
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, marketing automation (e.g. HubSpot), and webinars
- Strong understanding of full-funnel campaign execution and reporting
- Experience working with analyst research (e.g. Gartner, Forrester)
- ABM or partner marketing experience is a plus
- You actively use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, etc.) in your daily work
- You can demonstrate how AI improves your output, speed, or decision-making
