Your mission
As our People & Operations Specialist, you ensure that our HR processes, internal coordination, and office operations run smoothly and reliably.
You are the trusted operational support for employees and leadership — creating structure in the background so the business can perform at its best.
Your profile
Key Responsibilities Operational HR- Support the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, recruiting, documentation, HR system maintenance).
- Act as a first point of contact for employee-related inquiries.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and People initiatives.
Internal Communication & Events- Maintain internal communication channels (announcements, intranet).
- Support the organization of company events and workshops.
Operations & Administrative Support- Ensure smooth day-to-day office and business operations.
- Support cross-functional coordination and operational projects as needed.
Ideal Candidate You are structured, dependable, and service-oriented. You enjoy supporting others, keeping processes organized, and bringing clarity to operational topics.
Must-Have- 2+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, or a comparable operational support role.
- Experience working with HR systems (e.g., Personio or similar).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Clear and professional communication skills in English and German.
- Independent and reliable working style.
Nice-to-Have- Experience in a startup or scale-up environment.
- Exposure to internal communications or event coordination.
- Relevant degree or comparable practical experience.
