Your mission
As a Content Operations Manager you will design and run a scalable content production and distribution system. The role sits at the intersection of content strategy, marketing operations, AI, and martech—turning content into a repeatable growth engine that drives awareness, demand, and pipeline.
What This Role Is Not
- A pure writing or editorial role
- Limited to social media management
- Limited to email or lifecycle automation
This is a content systems and scale role.
Your profile
You will be responsible for the following:
Content Production Operations
- Design and manage end-to-end content workflows from ideation to repurposing
- Build templates, briefs, and modular asset structures
- Implement AI-assisted content workflows and prompt libraries
- Own the editorial operations calendar and optimize time-to-publish
Content Distribution & Repurposing
Martech & Systems Ownership
- Own the content technology stack (CMS, marketing, automation, AI tools)
- Build and maintain automations and integrations across the system
- Continuously evaluate and optimise tools and workflows
Content Performance
- Define and track operational KPIs
- Build dashboards and reporting loops
- Connect content output to MQLs, pipeline influence, and campaign performance
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Product Marketing, Demand Gen, Sales, and subject-matter experts
- Enable consistent messaging and scalable content use across teams
What Success Looks Like
- Higher content output without proportional resource growth
- Faster cycle time from idea to publication
- Systematic repurposing of core assets across channels
- Clear visibility into content's impact on leads and pipeline
Profile
- 3-6+ years in content operations, marketing operations, growth, or similar roles
- Hands-on experience with CMS, marketing automation, and automation tools
- Strong systems thinking with an analytical, process-driven mindset
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a scale-up environment
- Nice to have
- B2B SaaS experience
- Background in RevOps, marketing operations, or technical content
- Experience scaling content in high-growth teams
