Your mission
As Senior Customer Success Manager (Customer Growth Management) you play a key role in shaping customer success and satisfaction. With your focus on customer growth and technical experience in M365 you will guide our customers throughout their journey with Rencore; onboarding new customers, developing and maintaining excellent relationships and ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes. With account plans you’ll set the strategy to ensure the customer’s success and growth through renewals and expansions. You will act as the voice of the customer and work collaboratively with our Support, Sales, Product and Marketing teams to deliver a seamless experience.
