Your mission
The Head of Sales Development is a leadership role responsible for building, leading, and scaling a high-performing team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). This position acts as both a strategic architect and a hands-on coach, driving pipeline generation, lead qualification, and revenue growth. As the bridge between marketing and sales, you will ensure that lead generation and qualification efforts are aligned, optimized, and consistently deliver high-quality opportunities to the sales team.
