Your mission

We're looking for a Product Manager who comes from the Microsoft 365 world - ideally someone who's been in consulting, working with ISV / MSP / Partner and understands governance challenges firsthand because you've lived them with customers. This isn't a pure strategy role, and it's not a pure delivery role. It's both. 
You'll be the second PM on the team, working alongside our current Product Manager. Besides of them your daily interaction will be with the Product Designer and the Engineering team. You'll report to VP of Product & Engineering. 

Your profile

Responsibilities

• Own outcomes, not just outputs - think customer value, not feature lists
• Be hands-on with everything from backlog refinement to customer communications
• Shape product strategy and communicate it to customers, partners and the team
• Write user stories and work closely with engineering to ship features
• Present roadmaps and product updates to customers and partners
• Work directly with enterprise IT admins to understand their governance challenges
• Work with Sales, Customer Success, and Product Marketing to drive adoption

What we're working on

We have strong product-market fit with enterprise customers. You'll be:

• Optimizing existing features and UX
• Expanding into new territory (as example we recently launched Copilot and Agent governance)
• Adapting our approach for the channel and SMB customers
• Balancing innovation with execution at our stage

Who thrives here

You're coming from:

• 3-5 years in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (SharePoint, Teams, governance, security)
• Consulting, product management or solution architecture background
• Direct customer-facing work where you've had to understand and solve complex technical challenges

You have:

• High level (technical) understanding of M365 administration and governance (must-have)
• Track record of delivering solutions, not just planning them
• Strong communication skills - you can explain technical concepts to IT admins and business value to executives
• Customer empathy backed by actual customer conversations
• Comfort with both strategic thinking AND hands-on execution
• Genuine curiosity and ability to learn by doing

• You want to focus purely on discovery or purely on delivery

Logistics

• Remote-first (prefer Germany/Munich, open to DACH or CET ± 2 hours)
