Responsibilities

• Support the product management team across all PM activities, including backlog grooming, roadmap planning, and documentation. 
• Collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure smooth execution of product initiatives. 
• Conduct market and competitor research to inform product decisions and strategy. 
• Collect and analyze user feedback to identify improvement opportunities and trends. 
• Support the development of Microsoft 365 Governance features and contribute to AI Governance initiatives. 
• Help optimize internal workflows and documentation.

What You Will Bring

• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields). 
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams. 
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to take ownership and drive projects independently. 
• Genuine interest in SaaS, AI Governance, and Product Management. 
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications and services. 
• German language proficiency (written and verbal) is a plus. 
• Available to work 15-20 hours per week (adjust as needed).
