Partner Account Manager DACH (m/f/x) Munich or remote in DACH region

Your mission
As Partner Account Manager DACH you will be responsible for our partner network in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. You identify their business needs and how our solution can help them to better serve their existing M365 customer base and acquire new ones. You understand the competitive landscape and successfully position our unique value. Once the partner is convinced, you guide them through the entire partner journey starting with contract closure, onboarding, enablement, business planning and leading them to their first successful customer win. You are their trusted main contact on a long run.
Your profile
Responsibilities
  • Winning new and developing existing partners and acting as the face to the partner community in our DACH network
  • Understanding our product Rencore Governance, including value proposition, common customer pain points and how a partner can successfully market on those
  • Network through partner hierarchies to find the right decision makers, influencers and sellers who see value in our product and its value propositions
  • Develop joint business plans and execute on them to build pipeline and maximize the partner’s value by selling Rencore’s solutions
  • Cooperate and foster a co-sell environment which connects our partners with our sales teams and leverages skills and knowledge to enhance our partner’s capabilities and ensure success
  • Apply and improve your partner operations abilities using our Hubspot CRM system
  • Achieve partner sales targets and report on your own KPIs to ensure predictability, data quality, and accountability in the partner sales process
  • Work together with the entire sales team to share your successful strategies and support each other with creative approaches to demonste the highest level of partner success and customer value of our products 
  • Collaboratively improve our KPI metrics, such as partner generated pipeline and partner sourced deals

 Our ideal candidate
  • Loves to work with partners and customers
  • Proven history of managing partners with a focus on software sales to a wide variety of verticals in the DACH region
  • Successful experience in SaaS sales and partner networks
  • Experience in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem is a strong plus 
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization 
  • Have perfect written and spoken German and English communication skills, other languages are a plus
  • Strong work ethic with a desire to exceed targets and the ability to build efficient and long-lasting processes
  • Strong business acumen and track record of attaining quota – you know how to navigate tough conversations and turn it into a win-win for all
