Your profile
Your Responsibilities:- Leading the entire software development lifecycle, from inception to maintenance, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to project milestones and delivery timelines.
- Leading and mentoring a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment while maximizing productivity and achieving exceptional results.
- Collaborating closely with product management, QA, and operations teams to align development efforts with business objectives and customer needs, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.
- Driving continuous process improvements and establishing best practices for the development, deployment, and monitoring of software applications.
- Championing a culture of release ownership within the team, empowering members to take responsibility for the successful delivery of their work and fostering accountability at every stage of the development process.
- Serving as a technical liaison with stakeholders, representing the engineering team in discussions related to product roadmap, feature prioritization, and technical feasibility, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Leading efforts to automate testing across the organization, leveraging tools and frameworks to increase test coverage and efficiency.
- Maintaining and raising the bar for engineering standards, ensuring that code is secure, performant, scalable, and of high-quality.
- Creating comprehensive technical specification documents outlining software solution requirements, architecture, design, implementation specifics, testing needs, and deployment strategies, facilitating clear communication and efficient execution of development projects.
Our Ideal Candidate: - Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of effectively leading and mentoring teams to deliver exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of software development principles, with at least 5 years hands-on experience in .NET, Azure, and commitment to stay up to date with emerging trends and advancements. Blazor and M365 knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive alignment and achieve common goals.
- Customer-centric mindset with a dedication to understanding and addressing customer needs, ensuring the development of solutions that deliver maximum value and impact.
- Creative problem solver with a can-do attitude and a passion for innovation.
