Your profile

Your Responsibilities:

Leading the design and implementation of complex software solutions, collaborate on critical architecture decisions and crafting technical designs that lay the foundation for scalable, robust applications.
Providing technical leadership and mentorship to the development team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement, while sharing your expertise to elevate the skills of your peers.
Driving innovation and the adoption of emerging technologies, evaluating tools and frameworks to enhance productivity, performance, and maintainability of our software solutions.
Ensuring the integrity and stability of releases through rigorous testing, performance tuning, and proactive monitoring, implementing measures to identify and address issues before they impact end-users.
Acting as a point of escalation for release-related issues, facilitating timely resolution and communication with stakeholders, while implementing preventive measures to minimize future occurrences.
Conducting thorough code reviews, performance optimizations, and architectural assessments to ensure scalability, reliability, and security of the software, while championing engineering best practices and standards.

Our ideal candidate:

You bring at least five years of experience in .NET and have experience with other technologies such as Azure and PostgreSQL with deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices, coupled with a passion for staying up to date with the latest advancements in technology. Experience with Blazor is a cherry on top.
Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams, with excellent communication, collaboration, and decision-making skills, and a dedication to fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
Creative problem solver with a track record of overcoming technical challenges and driving solutions that meets business objectives and customer expectations.
Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to understanding and addressing customer needs, ensuring the development of solutions that deliver maximum value and impact.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a flexible and adaptable approach to navigating challenges.
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development, with a willingness to explore new technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance skills and expertise.
